Free Play
After snack, the children are given one hour of free play.  Usually this time is spent outside and provides a play environment where the children are able to freely play without the constraints of a structured activity.  We believe this provides a much needed break from the structure of the school day and helps with the transition into homework time.


Homework Time
Homework Time is a 45 minute quiet time designed to enhance education with tutoring and homework help.  During this time the children are asked to work on their homework quietly with supervised assistance.  Most children are able to finish their homework within the time frame.


Fun Friday
Good behavior is rewarded each Friday with a “Fun Friday” activity.  Students must receive at least 3 “green days” in order to participate in the Fun Friday festivities.  Activities range from cooking in the classroom, inflatable slides, movies & games.
